Jean-Baptiste has 20 years of experience in HR consulting and total reward expertise with a focus on Banking and International Financial Institutions. He continuously evaluates and reviews market forces and reward developments across a range of sectors and locations particularly emerging markets. He uses his knowledge and commercial acumen to innovate and develop state of the art policies facilitating Gender Pay Gap Reporting and retention.
He has recently worked with the European Investment Bank (EIB) reviewing their benefits and geographical mobility policy, at Towry Ltd he worked on a potential acquisition as well as reviewing their sales, bonus and remuneration plans, at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) as Global Head of reward where he led the preparation and implementation of the annual compensation and benefits review. He defined and implemented effective reward operations, underpinned with robust processes and procedures, across multiple countries to deliver parity for staff. Jean Baptiste championed strategic projects such as flexible benefits, retirement plan reviews, geographic mobility policy and board compensation. Initially his career was working with a range of clients as a consultant (Hay and Towers Watson) providing reward solutions, salary benchmarking and job evaluation.
