Julia has 17 years of experience in Banking within the private sector as well as international financial institutions covering all aspects of compensation and benefits. Julia has a particular interest in systems and analytics which she combines with her knowledge of annual compensation reviews and multiple benefits to ensure the delivery of user-friendly tools, with full support, to the HR department and business users.
She has recently provided Lloyds Banking Group with support developing and introducing a new recognition system for over 35,000 staff. In her previous role at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) she managed the full spectrum of reward across the organisation including mobility, retirement plans, policy analysis and interpretation, salary benchmarking and surveys. Julia has led and contributed to a number of reward projects with an international remit, including implementation of online compensation system for EMEA, flexible benefits and international allowances review. Initially she worked for EBRD in pay and benefits administration, and previously for Goldman Sachs in Compensation Accounting and as a payroll officer at BNP Paribas and HSBC.
