Louise has 19 years of experience as an HR business partner advising and guiding managers and employees, in London and internationally, on a wide range of HR matters, facilitating workable solutions. Louise focuses on mobility and talent management using her knowledge and understanding of the policies, principles and best practice of Gender Pay Gap Reporting and reward to ensure alignment with business needs and to drive employee engagement.
She has most recently worked with the Reward team at the European Investment Bank (EIB) in Luxembourg, in reviewing and developing their new mobility policy and reviewing their salary adjustment mechanism. At HSBC as Business Partner to support the reorganisation of the bank to meet the new capital and regulatory requirements in the City of London. Prior to this at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) where Louise provided strategic advice and guidance to a geographically and culturally diverse group of business managers on performance management, mobility, Gender Pay Gap Reporting, employee relations and dispute resolution. In addition, she has led and worked on departmental and bank wide projects which include; graduate recruitment, mobility, on-boarding, e-recruitment and job families.
